Construction
A wide range of our MELWIT products are used in construction. Our fine products are added to cement in wall plastering to have a better and a smooth finish. Their use also helps to minimize on the amount of paint required. They are used in production of grouts for tiling, flooring and for reinforcing on foundations.
Our coarse products are used to make various putties (spot putty, mastic and glass putty). These products are desirable since they ensure optimum oil absorption range, enabling high quality putties. Ceiling boards also utilise our fine products in their manufacture, where our MELWIT products act as fillers.
The finer grades are used in making sealants and adhesives used widely for sealing gaps, joining surfaces, laying of tiles duringconstruction in households. MELWIT products help in controlling viscosity of the adhesives and sealants improving their workability.
